ACMO

Give every marketing decision a starting point. An early system for tracing business evidence into explicit, reviewable decisions.

A marketing recommendation is easier to assess when its evidence is close at hand. Where did the number come from? Which period does it cover? Is it still current? ACMO starts with those questions.

Keep the evidence attached

The local Command Center demonstrates source records with metric definitions, dates, units, and freshness. Its example decision rules distinguish evidence that supports leaving a process alone from stale evidence that needs investigation. That distinction matters. A system should be able to explain why another action is worth taking, and recognize when the available information cannot support one.

Build the foundation before the autonomy

The current implementation includes explicit demonstration data, domain rules, and a read-only local Ground Station. The intended direction is to connect evidence, decisions, bounded execution, and measured learning in one accountable process. Current state: Early prototype, version 0.0.1. The illustration above describes the implemented foundation. The local preview uses synthetic businesses and fixed demonstration data. Live provider connections, AI diagnosis, approvals, and job execution are future work. ACMO is presented as research in progress. Explore systems development
