Goosnav Labs is a product and systems engineering studio that builds physical product lines for creators and AI-enabled business systems for companies.

We take projects from an initial problem or idea through strategy, design, engineering, implementation, and launch. The work can involve physical products, software, AI, automation, manufacturing, and the infrastructure required to make the finished system useful.

Creator product lines

We help creators turn an audience into a real product business.

Goosnav Labs handles product strategy, design and engineering, prototyping, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, packaging, storefront infrastructure, and launch setup. The goal is to build original products people actually want, not another catalog of generic merchandise.

AI systems and automation

We identify expensive, repetitive work inside a business and build systems that reduce it.

Projects can include workflow automation, AI agents, internal knowledge systems, document processing, custom software, model routing, and local or private AI deployments. The technology is selected around the business problem rather than the other way around.

Product and prototype engineering

Some projects do not fit neatly into either category. Goosnav Labs also takes selected multidisciplinary engineering projects involving mechanical design, electronics, embedded systems, robotics, software, AI, and physical prototyping.

What makes Goosnav Labs different

One path from idea to implementation. Strategy, engineering, software, physical product development, and implementation do not need to be split between five vendors. Goosnav Labs can take a project from the initial problem through a working product or operating system.

Engineering depth. The studio is built around actual engineering capability, not outsourced technical execution. Work can span mechanical systems, electronics, software, AI, manufacturing, prototyping, testing, and systems integration.

Firsthand creator-commerce experience. Goosnav Labs is connected to a creator business that has developed and sold books, games, art, electronics, and other physical products directly to an online audience. That experience informs how creator products are designed, priced, manufactured, and launched.

AI tied to a business problem. Goosnav Labs does not sell AI because a company feels obligated to do something with AI. An AI project starts with a measurable problem such as labor hours, operating cost, throughput, information access, or capability. Sometimes the correct recommendation is not to build anything.

Founder-led work. Projects begin with the person responsible for designing and delivering them. There is no sales-to-account-manager-to-contractor chain between the customer and the technical work.

The team behind Goosnav Labs

Goosnav Labs is founder-led.

The founder holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in robotics and control systems, and has professional experience across aerospace and defense engineering, product development, FPGA and digital design, electrical integration, autonomous systems, AI, software, manufacturing, and technical program leadership.

Goosnav Labs grew out of two bodies of experience: building complex technical systems, and independently building products for an online audience. The company exists at the intersection of those two areas.

How Goosnav Labs works

1. Start with the questionnaire. Describe the business, audience, problem, or product you want to build. The questionnaire routes the project to the appropriate service and provides an initial budget range.
2. Define the project. Qualified projects move to a short working call. Scope, deliverables, dependencies, external costs, timeline, and commercial terms are defined before work begins.
3. Build. Goosnav Labs designs and implements the agreed system or product. Projects use defined milestones rather than open-ended hourly work whenever practical.
4. Launch or deploy. Creator products move toward production and launch. Business systems move into the customer’s operating environment.

Ongoing support, optimization, operations, or revenue-sharing arrangements are available where appropriate. Communication is by email and scheduled working calls. A typical engagement is a fixed-scope project.

Goosnav Labs is the business name of Goosnav LLC, founded in 2025 and based in California. Work is priced by the size of the audience or team it serves: plans and audits start at $500, and builds from $2,500, as fixed-scope work with optional ongoing support. Selected creator projects use revenue-sharing structures.
