Privacy

We collect what you give us: your name, email, and company on the quote and account forms, and your shipping address for hardware orders. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, and send receipts, sign-in links, and download links. We share it only with the providers that run the site — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Calendar (booking), and Cloudflare (hosting) — and only as needed to complete your request. We do not sell your data.

We keep order and quote records as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then delete them. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted, email the address in the footer.

Cookies. The site sets two cookies, both strictly necessary, so there is no consent banner: a sign-in cookie when you log in to your account (lasts 14 days, or until you sign out), and a download cookie when you open a download link (lasts 30 minutes). Neither is used for advertising or tracking.

Logs. Our host keeps basic request logs (IP address, page requested) for a short time for security and debugging. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.

Terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. Content, software, and hardware described here are provided by Goosnav LLC in good faith; specifics (price, availability, scope) are stated on each product or offer page and take precedence over general claims elsewhere on the site.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified; an emailed receipt or download link is not itself proof of entitlement. Software is licensed, not sold, under the license text below and any product-specific license shown on that product’s page. Hardware sales are subject to the shipping and returns policy below.

We may change site content, prices, and these terms at any time; changes apply to orders placed afterward. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its products, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.

Shipping & returns

Hardware orders ship within a few business days of payment once packed; the current estimate, if any, is shown on the product page. We currently ship within the United States only.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition; contact us first to arrange a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received. Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Software license

Unless a specific product page states otherwise, purchased software is licensed for your own use, not resold or redistributed. You may install and run it on the systems you control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its source.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. A refund revokes your license and access to future downloads and updates for that product.

We may release updates; whether a given purchase entitles you to a future major version is stated on the product page. See a specific product’s page for any license terms that override this default.
