I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, was unable to contact the seller, and was charged for merchandise I never received. No way to contact anyone or get help. Very poorly handled

Cards are high quality (moreso than I expected), and the game is also quite fun although I've only played one game so far.

I haven't played the game because it is a christmas present for my brother. But the wrapping of the product was unique and came with a goosnav sticker. It also included 3 of the zines but these might have been included because my i previoisly ordered zines that didn't arrive. I can't wait to play this with my brother and hope he likes it. The only thing i might mention is that while the dice come wrapped up, i feel that they may get lost easily and the wrapping is thin in comparison to the card tin.
